The SPB is looking for sentinels throughout Beauce for a better understanding of many heritage files of the region.
Beauce is large and it can be difficult to be aware of everything that is happening on the territory. The SPB therefore needs help to be informed of the projects, events and activities related Beauce heritage.
The context created by the pandemic and the reorganization process the SPB is going through complicates this reality even more. This results in the SPB sometimes being made aware of certain heritage-related news at the last minute, such as the recent demolition of a house more than bicentennial in Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce.
The SPB would ideally like to have a sentinel in each Beauceron municipality. You can act as a sentinel, by staying attentive to what is happening in your locality and by sharing your information with us. This will make it easier for our organization to share news and support Beauceron heritage initiatives to the best of our abilities .
To facilitate communication, we have set up the sentinelles@spbbeauce.ca email address dedicated to sharing information.
You can also contact the SPB by phone at 418-397-6379.
Thank you for helping us preserve and shine the Beauceron heritage!
